Our client, a luxury brand, is hiring a Customer Service Associate, After Sales to join their team onsite in Dallas.

Job Duties Include:
Collaborate with departments to generate creative and on-brand visual solutions for assigned projects
Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of the brand visual guidelines and provide guidance to on-brand visual best practices
Meet or exceed deadlines for all projects
Elevate internal and external facing brand touchpoints in alignment with company expectations
Maintain organized files and processes to ensure consistency across all deliverables
Identify areas of improvement and offer suggestions to increase efficiencies and consistent deliverables
Job Qualifications Include:
High school diploma required; College degree preferred
1+ year of related experienced required
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
Basic time management and customer service skills
Teamwork skills and willingness to act as part of an overall team on goals
Strong communication skills
Competency in all required computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: $50,200 annually
