Our client located in Brattleboro, VT is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team!

Your qualifications for the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative position are as follows:

High School Diploma 1+ year professional office customer service experience Strong computer skills, experience with QuickBooks and Mailchimp is a plus Pleasant/professional customer service demeanor Professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask using effective time management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Temp to Hire position Full time or part time schedule Monday – Friday $18-$22/hour based on skills and experience Once hired on, full benefits package

For the Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative position your duties will include:

Answer phone calls Collect order details Enter orders into system Assist customers as needed Personalized interactions checking in with customers Data entry Some shipping/packing Assist management with any special projects General clerical duties
