QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or order management (manufacturing or spare parts industry preferred). Strong knowledge of order entry and sales support processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM | ERP systems preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation. Highly organized with keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
