ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with State Farm Agent Brian Robinson's Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the customers you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, payments, billing inquiries and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience required. Experience with State Farm systems is preferred.
  • Must currently have state of Illinois Property and Casualty license. Candidates who also have life and/or health license in addition to the property/casualty will be prioritized.
