ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a {Customer Service Representative}} you will demonstrate exceptional customer service experience that reinforces and strengthens customer relationships and the continued growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and the desire to help people make you an ideal fit.
*We are currently seeking active P&C Licensed candidates with previous insurance sales or service experience.
** We will consider unlicensed candidates If the candidate is motivated, a self-starter, and gifted with the ability to quickly grasp and understand new information or skills. Successfully obtaining NC Property and Casualty insurance license would be a non-negotiable and mandatory requirement.
Consistent Hours available with no evening hours or weekends.
Compensation is based on personal knowledge, skills and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Timely respond and answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
Assist customers and prospects with policy quotes, changes and updates.
Maintain accurate digital notes and records of all customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
Previous customer service experience preferred.
