As a Customer Service Sales Representative (CSSR) at Farmers Insurance, you will play a key role in providing top-tier customer service while driving sales for our insurance products. *Provide prompt, courteous, and professional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person.

*Assist customers with insurance inquiries, policy changes, claims support, and billing questions.

*Educate clients on insurance options and recommend products that suit their individual needs.

*Conduct policy reviews and offer cross-selling opportunities for additional coverage options.

*Maintain detailed client records and ensure timely follow-up on all requests.

*Meet and exceed monthly sales goals by upselling and promoting insurance products.

*Collaborate with the agency team to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve agency growth objectives.

*Stay up-to-date on industry trends, policy changes, and company products.

*Valid insurance license.

*Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

*Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

*High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree preferred.

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

*Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
