Responsibilities of the Customer Service & Sales Representative: Act as the primary contact for customers, delivering personalized support and timely assistance Clarify service plans, billing, and device features to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction. Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate support teams Guide customers through service updates, account changes, processing orders and feature activations Educate customers on maximizing their AT&T services benefits and recommend relevant upgrades Capture and document customer feedback to identify trends and enhance service quality Maintain accurate records of all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
