In this position, you will engage closely with both wholesale and retail customers, addressing their needs and providing exceptional service to ensure maximum satisfaction with Sherwin-Williams products. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering outstanding customer service by assisting clients in person and over the phone. Building strong relationships by understanding customer needs and presenting suitable product recommendations. Ensuring accuracy in processing sales transactions and adhering to company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining work order files, pulling products from inventory, and ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing. Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications. Assisting with deliveries as needed and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and promoting available options to customers. This role requires you to be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for a work visa. Applicants must possess a valid, unrestricted driver’s license, and be physically capable of retrieving materials and lifting up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
