Responsibilities
Client Support: Provide attentive and personalized service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Inside Sales: Engage potential clients over the phone, explaining insurance options and assisting with policy selections.
Bilingual Communication: Utilize language skills to effectively communicate with diverse clienteles and bridge any language barriers.
Policy Explanation: Clearly articulate insurance policy details, terms, and conditions to clients in an understandable manner.
Problem Solving: Promptly resolve client concerns and navigate policy-related challenges with a positive outlook.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Requirement
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.
Experience: Prior experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the insurance industry, is desired.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in both languages.
Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed client expectations with a positive attitude.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently and prioritize customer inquiries.
