Job Opportunity

Work in busy growing Customer Service/Distribution environment

Assist Supervisor with training new team members

Order Entry Open new accounts

Create SOP's and run reports

Support field sales reps

Act as first contact for urgent or escalated issues raised by clients and sales teams

Assist Supervisor with special projects

Strong Excel required and SAP experience a plus.

Required skills or abilities:

Two to four years of customer service or administrative support experience

Excel skills required

Experience managing a heavy workload

SAP a plus Proficient in a Windows environment with word processing, spreadsheet application, and data entry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate

Ability to have a solution-oriented approach to work

Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve moderately complex problems

Must be flexible and adaptable
