Customer Service/Sales Manager

A leading manufacturer and distributor of off-road vehicle parts and accessories is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales operations, developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals, managing key accounts, and expanding our customer base. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and a passion for the off-road industry.

Principal Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company revenue targets and expand market presence.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set objectives, and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Represent company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction across all accounts.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven 2-3 year experience as a sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or off-road industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Skills/Qualities:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Other: Duties as assigned. Pay: $70,000-$100,000 Depending on experience.
