As part of the Customer Success team, you will be responsible for our customers’ post-sale experience and long-term success. You’ll work closely with customers to focus on their adoption of the FortiCNAPP platform and the value realized. You’ll manage relationships for your portfolio of accounts, aiming to provide a great customer experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to shape our post-sale customer journey and improve the resources and tools we use to drive successful outcomes.
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will:
Gain a deep understanding of the FortiCNAPP platform, cloud environments, security best practices, and the DevOps ecosystem.
Lead customer onboarding, including kickoff meetings, technical implementation, and product overviews.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of your customers’ business challenges and how FortiCNAPP can address them.
Conduct regular success syncs with larger customers to share best practices and present new features relevant to their use cases.
Identify upsell opportunities within accounts and collaborate with Account Managers and Sales Engineers to close them.
Work with experts in Customer Success, Technical Support, Product Management, and Engineering to resolve customer issues.
Gather feature requests from customers and communicate this feedback to the Product Management team.
Monitor and drive key performance metrics such as adoption, value realization, consumption, customer engagement, and satisfaction.
We are looking for:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical account management, customer success focusing on product adoption, within security and/or cloud computing domains.
Hands-on experience with platforms built on public and private clouds (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Cloud certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with enterprise security concepts and compliance frameworks.
Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, etc.
Proven ability to drive business value for customers as a trusted advisor.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Experience handling customer escalations, managing expectations, and driving successful resolutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $133,000 - $163,000. Fortinet provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, and a comprehensive leave program. Salary offers depend on factors such as expertise, skills, experience, and location. All roles are eligible for the Fortinet equity program, with bonus eligibility reviewed at hire and annually.
