ICE Group Client seeks a Customer Success Manager ready to lead deployment of advanced analytics SaaS systems. You will start with key accounts, eventually managing a team to rollout ICE Group’s energy management service to utility customers worldwide. As a vital team member, you will leverage your client engagement, project management, and technical skills to deliver solutions customers love. Your team will focus on customer retention and identifying new sales opportunities by understanding customer pain points. Requirements: 7-10 years of Customer Success experience at a tech company Engineering or technical degree (preferred) from a top university 3-5 years of success managing complex projects with enterprise clients Experience with SaaS products and Agile methodologies Detail-oriented with strong planning and tracking skills Analytical with data-driven success metrics presentation Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Collaborative mindset Leadership experience with small Customer Success teams What you’ll gain: Deep understanding of the energy market and disruptive opportunities Knowledge of ICE Group’s products to drive customer adoption Leadership in team management and customer engagement Collaboration with Sales to present solutions and win business Regular stakeholder presentations Management skill growth towards Director level All information will be kept confidential per EEO guidelines.
