Databricks Sales Lead Responsibilities Identify and engage potential customers through strategies such as cold outreach, marketing campaigns, and networking. Nurture leads via effective communication, providing valuable information to progress them through the sales funnel. Evaluate leads to determine their potential and suitability. Keep accurate records of leads and their progression through the sales process. Skills Experience in sales roles involving Databricks solutions. Understanding of internal processes and go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Proven success in selling solutions or managing enterprise accounts. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong knowledge of sales processes and techniques for lead generation and qualification. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Capacity to manage a large number of leads and keep detailed records.
