As a Part-Time Design Specialist , you’ll combine your passion for interiors with strong customer service and sales support to guide clients toward personalized, beautiful solutions. Whether it’s styling a single room or creating a cohesive whole-home look, your role is to help customers feel confident in their choices—and support them through the purchase process. Key Responsibilities include: Client Collaboration Design, Sales, and Product Guidance Must be able to stand long periods of time, walk throughout your whole shift and lift up to 25lbs. Qualifications: A passion for design and home styling. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Basic computer and tablets comfort for sales and order entry. Availability to work weekends and at least two weekdays. Strong attention to detail and organization. Education/Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in retail, design, or customer service Familiarity with interior design concepts, furniture styles, space planning, and visual presentation tools.
