This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity , ideal for individuals looking for either part-time flexibility or a larger commitment. Designers create their own schedules and enjoy a mix of in-home consultations and remote work.

Responsibilities Conduct in-home design consultations with prospective clients Capture detailed measurements, designs, and photos; upload promptly into our system Prepare client facing investment estimates, take client deposits, and manage follow-up communication Collaborate with Installers to ensure seamless project execution Maintain accurate client records and manage pipeline opportunities Attend initial and ongoing product and sales training sessions Qualifications Previous business to consumer sales experience (in-home sales sales experience preferred) Ability to quickly learn Art of Drawers product offerings, accurately design, measure and document solutions, and utilize our technology platform Strong organizational skills and professional oral/written communication Friendly, competitive, and self-motivated personality Previous in-home design experience a plus A genuine passion for helping people solve problems through design Have your own cell phone, laptop computer, printer, and reliable transportation Company Overview Art of Drawers helps clients maximize space and improve organization for existing kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities and pantries with custom-crafted pull-out drawers and other storage and organizational solutions.
