We’re looking for a Design Sales Consultant with strong high-end sales experience and a warm, trustworthy presence to join our growing team. You'll be at the forefront of our luxury window treatment offerings — beginning with shading solutions, then expanding into draperies and automation.
Location : Coral Springs, FL 33065, 100% onsite
What You'll Sell: Blinds, Shades, Shutters, Drapery, and motorized products
What You’ll Get:
Compensation: $50,000 Base + Commission on high end product
Expected Earnings in Year 1: $75,000-85,000+
Earn $100k+ in Year 2 and beyond
Monthly Stipend provided for health insurance in year 1

Schedule: M-F 9am-5pm. Occasional Saturday appointments (with flex time).
What You'll Be Doing: Educate customers on the best options for meeting their window treatment needs
Convert company-provided leads into sales
Self-generating leads for boosted commission
Drive to and from client consultations within a 30-mile radius
Conduct in-home consultations, documenting accurate window and wall measurements
Submit detailed specs after the in-home sales process and follow the customer relationship through to a satisfactory installation
Build and nurture long-term client relationships by re-engaging both prospective and existing clients, driving repeat business and referrals to sustain a thriving, opportunity-rich career pipeline.
Prepare paperwork, order forms, and quote proposal
Maintain consistent communication with clients
Be present for or after installations
Who You Are: High-performing sales professional with a track record in luxury, home, or design-centric industries
Personable, polished, and well-presented — you exude warmth and confidence
Ability to naturally build trust through consultative sales approach
Comfortable with in-home consultations, and in tune with luxury clientele expectations
Thrive on a mix of autonomy and collaboration, with strong follow-through
Tech-savvy: able to navigate Salesforce, MS Suite, Vendor platforms, and Quoting applications
What You'll Need: Proven sales success (industry experience optional — we’ll train you!)
Ability to lift and carry 30-50lb sample books
Reliable vehicle and ability to travel within a 30 mile radius for appointments
