Overview DHS Sales Executive, Associate Director – EY Government & Public Sector (GPS) team. Responsibilities Prospecting and lead generation (i.e., demand generation)
Develop and manage a multi-year sales pipeline
Client relationship management
Develop compelling win strategies and remain engaged through contract award
Sales presentations and process management, including developing and presenting gate review content for the qualification phase
Negotiations of teaming agreements with industry partners and terms/conditions
Spend approximately 80% of time actively engaging with clients
Spend approximately 20% of time on strategy and management initiatives
Qualifications 10-12+ years’ experience as a business development executive
Proven record of selling complex technology solutions to C-level executives in the Federal space, specifically DHS
Established relationships across key federal agencies (e.g., ICE, DHS OCIO, USCIS FDNS, TSA, Coast Guard, CBP, law enforcement) with executive and mid-career professionals
Industry relationships with potential teaming partners, alliances, MBE/WBE small businesses, and competitors
Outstanding client management and relationship skills with strong executive presence
Solid understanding of the marketplace, competitive intelligence, and account information
Demonstrated expertise in managing and resolving conflict
Bachelor’s Degree
Ideally, coaching and mentoring skills
Team selling experience
Eligible for U.S. security clearance

Base salary range for this role: $200,000 to $385,000 per year. NYC Metro, WA, and CA variations exist (e.g., up to $437,500).
