Overview Position Title: Digital Advertising Sales Representative
In this role, you will be directly responsible for outreach and discussing advertising solutions with local businesses across the US and Canada. Success is measured by hitting and exceeding a monthly quota, maintaining daily metrics, and handling rejection effectively.
Responsibilities Educate, strategize, and discuss the company’s advertising programs through a high volume of outbound dialing to business owners. This role is 100% phone-based and fast-paced.
Own and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from dentists to florists to restaurant owners, all organized in a CRM (Salesforce).
Work from home to sell advertising to small local businesses on a set Monday to Friday schedule.
Become an expert in advertising solutions and provide product recommendations quickly to suit client needs, asking probing questions and overcoming objections.
Master quick close techniques to exceed individual goals.
Navigate the qualification-to-close process to ensure lasting customer satisfaction and potential upsell opportunities.
Aim to consistently exceed monthly quotas with a strong work ethic and tenacity.
Track and manage daily goals to ensure results are met.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Sales, Finance or related degree.
No fear of the phone and prepared to make a high volume of outbound dials daily.
General computer and email proficiency.
A work environment free of distractions.
Open to feedback and willing to implement areas of improvement.
Strong, engaging interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work independently without oversight.
Must possess current US work authorization.
Compensation The compensation for the position is $40K - $50K.
