This role represents, promotes and sells company digital dentistry products to dental laboratories and restorative dental clinicians within an assigned territory. Develops effective strategic plans and executes actions to achieve quarterly/annual objectives. Regularly reviews results with the Manager who provides coaching and development to support achievement of company goals. Responsibilities Develops annual business plans and quarterly updates to achieve established targets and goals, including strategic and tactical actions for the assigned territory. Execute the business plan by prospecting new targeted customers, maintaining relationships with current customers, and delivering value-added services to meet or exceed expectations. Analyze sales/market data and customer demographics to formulate strategic plans and provide feedback for marketing tools, promotions, and messages. Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers on daily plans for visits with dental labs to effectively sell capital equipment and consumables; maintain detailed customer records and prepare presentations, proposals, and promotions. Regularly communicate with the Sales Manager – Digital Dentistry to review the status of the Business Plan, strategy, resources, customer expectations, and administrative responsibilities. Utilize company resources (educational programs, marketing tools, literature, e-discovery, videos, etc.) to achieve results. Represent the company at trade association meetings and promote products and services. Comply with company policies and procedures (Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance, Travel and Expense, etc.). Collaborate with internal teams and provide feedback on Customer Service, Marketing, Sales Training, Administration, and Human Resources concerns. Perform related duties as required. Qualifications & Competencies Demonstrated goal orientation, results-driven, highly competitive, and a proven sales track record. Consultative sales process experience with formalized sales training. Integrity with high ethical standards; ability to learn, teach, and support CAD/CAM software. Ability to work cross-functionally with other Territory and Regional Managers to implement successful selling strategies. Relationship builder, confident, able to execute plans, highly organized with strong planning skills and business acumen. Knowledge of the dental industry. Education/Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 3 years of job-related sales experience. Travel Requirements Available to work evenings and weekends and travel overnight (60%).
