The Marketing Technology Manager is a key individual contributor role responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and supporting marketing campaigns through technology platforms. The goal is to ensure the company fully utilizes established platforms to deliver optimal results by leading their deployment and managing vendor relationships, including contract adherence and implementation. The role also involves representing and working towards becoming the platform subject matter expert (SME).
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently or with a team, leveraging technology and processes to support strategic initiatives and process improvements. The candidate will be accountable for appropriate platform use across the business.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide support to internal and external end users.
Learn and administer current and new systems, including training users.
Manage platform vendor relationships and serve as Single Point of Contact (SPOC).
Align digital platform recommendations with company strategies.
Identify opportunities to leverage technology for content delivery and insights.
Stay current with trends and developments in digital marketing.
Proactively develop and pitch new projects to the executive team.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to meet project deadlines.
Coordinate information to ensure timely project delivery.
Escalate issues to department heads as needed.
Participate in additional projects supporting business needs.
Nature & Scope:
Apply advanced knowledge through education and experience.
Manage projects independently with limited supervision.
Coach and review work of junior professionals.
Address complex problems with innovative solutions.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of digital platforms such as CMS, Ecommerce, Marketing Automations, CRM, and PIM.
Hands-on experience with online marketing tools.
Understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.
Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
Effective communication across organizational levels.
Ability to inspire confidence and hold teams accountable.
Good judgment, decision-making, and integrity.
Experience:
Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.
Education / Certification: BS / BA in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Management, or related digital field.
People Management: No.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment: Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without accommodations.
Reports To: Manager, Digital Operations
Salary: $81,980.00 to $102,450.00
