Position Summary: We are seeking a Director, Client Partnerships in our Medical Communication line. As a sales contributor, you will collaborate with a team to grow our Medical Communications solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will leverage industry relationships and work strategically to ensure revenue growth across Amplity's solutions. This role involves identifying and cultivating new accounts, developing proposals based on client needs, and leveraging engaged communities to expand our Medical Journals and Publishing business. We offer a competitive salary, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities: Build and maintain a pipeline in a complex sales environment. Secure client meetings via cold calling, emails, social media, and networks. Deepen understanding of Amplity Med Comm capabilities, including Medical Journals and Publishing, with oncology experience as a plus. Collaborate internally to drive Med Comm and Learning businesses. Create strategies to achieve Agency of Record status. Engage across client verticals to ensure coverage of key accounts and brands. Work with leadership and subject matter experts to deliver aligned sales messages. Track KPIs to meet sales targets. Provide status reports and discuss innovative approaches to industry challenges. Attend key conferences and events as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or relevant sales/account management experience. Proven success in client management and meeting/exceeding quotas. Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry knowledge. Minimum 5 years in business development or account management. Experience with RFPs/RFIs, publications, and non-personal promotion is preferred. Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools. Excellent listening and collaborative skills. Ability to travel for conferences and meetings. Medical Publications experience is preferred.
