Corpay is hiring a Director, Credit Analytics to join our Risk division. This is your opportunity to lead and influence high-impact initiatives that drive revenue, reduce bad debt, and improve customer retention across a portfolio of 150,000+ accounts.
Location : On-site in our vibrant Buckhead office (Atlanta, GA)
Team : Lead 2–3 analysts (onshore/offshore)
Reports to : Sr. Director of Credit Analytics What You'll Do Rebuild & Launch ML Models : Lead the overhaul of our account management model to improve accuracy and expand use cases like early life monitoring and bad debt reduction. Drive Strategic Tightening : Execute monthly credit strategies to reduce exposure and write-offs while balancing revenue goals. Boost Retention : Design and automate proactive and customer-initiated credit limit increase programs to reduce attrition and streamline workflows. Accelerate Revenue : Use data to optimize delinquency lock timing and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and unlock new growth. Deliver Insights at Scale : Build Tableau dashboards, automate reporting with Alteryx, and develop KPIs that empower senior leadership with real-time visibility. What You Bring 6+ years of experience in credit risk strategy or analytics, ideally in the SMB charge card space 8+ years of experience working with large data sets and proficiency in SAS/SQL, Python, and Alteryx Proven leadership experience managing 2-3 analysts and cross-functional initiatives Hands-on mindset: you're just as comfortable coding as you are presenting to execs Strategic thinker with a bias for action and a passion for solving complex problems Why Corpay?
