Job Description
We are seeking a strategic Director of Project Delivery to manage capital projects from initiation to closeout. The Director will work closely with internal teams including Wealth Leadership, Transactions, Design, Finance, Operations, Security, Technology, Procurement, and vendor partners to ensure on-time, on-budget project execution. The role involves managing internal and external resources, stakeholders, and vendors, and reports to the Vice President, Investor Center Partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead process improvements and drive accountability as a transformational leader.
Manage site selection, due diligence, lease analysis, and design to facilitate project execution.
Oversee multiple capital projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, budgets, and schedules, and manage risks and mitigations.
Create budgets and cost estimates, review bids, and recommend vendors.
Track project progress, develop reports, and communicate with real estate and business partners.
Manage a team of internal and external resources.
Qualifications:
10+ years in construction or project management with increasing responsibility.
Bachelor’s degree in business, project or construction management, engineering, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
Experience with Procore, MS Excel (advanced), MS Project, Kahua, PMWeb, or TriRiga.
Other Requirements:
Onsite presence at Fidelity locations at least 50% of the time.
Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time.
