Engage Decision Makers – Connect with senior executives in target accounts to uncover CX challenges. Sell Strategically – Present tailored CX/BPO solutions that deliver measurable ROI and solve complex problems. Leverage Insights – Use market intelligence to prioritize targets and refine sales approaches. Track & Report – Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver reliable sales forecasts. What You Bring 5–8 years of B2B sales experience in CX/BPO, SaaS, or complex solution sales. Proven record of exceeding new business quotas . Highly Skilled in outbound prospecting, social selling, and executive-level presentations. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to translate client needs into compelling proposals.
