The Impact You’ll Make
You’ll be the go-to execution partner for the Retail Sales VP, driving pricing strategy, margin optimization, and operational excellence. With oversight of financial levers like forecasting, budgeting, and P&L accountability, your work will directly enhance profitability and customer satisfaction. You’ll manage and develop a high-impact team of Business Managers, ensuring we deliver excellence at every stage—from seasonal planning to new product launches.
What You’ll Do
Lead and coach the Retail Business Management team (5+ direct reports)
Drive pricing and trade optimization strategies across retail accounts
Own weekly margin and P&L analysis to improve profitability
Guide seamless forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning
Build and enhance SOPs to ensure sustainable process excellence
Collaborate with Sales Directors to craft marketing programs and contract execution
Deliver an exceptional customer experience through playbooks, inventory management, and joint business planning
Partner closely with senior leadership and key retail customers

What We’re Looking For
8+ years in retail sales, food manufacturing, or business management
Proven leadership managing direct reports and coaching high-performing teams
Strong financial acumen and experience managing sales P&Ls
Skilled in driving cross-functional initiatives and process improvement
Executive presence with ability to influence internally and externally
