Domenico Catering + Events is seeking a strategic, financially savvy, and enterprising leader to serve as our next Director of Catering Sales. This individual will lead the events office team, drive revenue growth, oversee event marketing, and build lasting client and community relationships. The Director of Catering Sales must strike a balance between operational excellence and relationship-driven business development, while ensuring the team remains aligned, empowered, and accountable.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead the events office team with consistency, clarity, and high standards.
- Foster a team culture rooted in collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
- Set, monitor, and exceed departmental revenue goals in partnership with the COO.
- Maintain and innovate structured sales processes for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
- Actively represent the company in the community to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop referral pipelines through strategic partnerships with other venues, event planners, vendors, and corporate clients.
- Oversee the companys outsourced social media agency, ensuring campaigns align with sales goals and brand standards.
- Partner with the Culinary and Operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality execution.
- Monitor event profitability, labor metrics, and vendor relationships to support margin improvement.
- Build, manage, and report on the departments budget, ensuring expenses and revenue align with company goals.
- Lead financial reviews and reporting around event profitability, pipeline health, and sales performance.
- Partner with Operations Manager and Project Manager to build strong hiring, onboarding, training, and development processes.
- Ensure sales and profitability goals are consistently met or exceeded through strong leadership and innovative business development.
