At National Indoor RV Centers (NIRVC), we are a community dedicated to redefining the RV experience, leading in sales and service excellence in the industry. We are seeking an experienced Director of Commercial Bus Sales based in Lewisville, Texas. This pivotal role is part of our expansion efforts, responsible for creating and managing a new bus sales program, developing business relationships, and driving sales to generate new revenue streams. The role is hybrid, with 50% in-office work at our Lewisville location. Responsibilities include: Identifying new business opportunities in transportation, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. Developing and implementing sales strategies for partnerships with businesses and organizations in transportation. Increasing revenue through prospecting, signing, and generating sales from new accounts for shuttle buses, sprinter vans, and class B units. Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and assess competitors. Visiting prospective customers to promote fleet expansion and commercial purchases. Responding promptly to inquiries and RFPs to secure business. Collaborating internally to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Coordinating logistics for vehicle acquisition and delivery. Executing business plans to meet profitability and sales goals using a consultative sales approach. Monitoring sales data daily and executing action plans to address issues. Finalizing agreements and contracts with clients. Coordinating with the service department on fleet deliveries and service needs. Representing the company at business and civic events. Working with the Inventory Director to secure fleet inventory. Qualifications: 7-10 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably in RV, commercial transportation, or related industries. 5-7 years managing a sales division or department with a successful sales strategy. Proven success in securing new business in the commercial vehicle or transportation sector. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in SalesForce, Excel, and related software. Excellent cold calling skills. Attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Enthusiasm for supporting internal projects and initiatives. Confidence in presenting to senior leaders. Professional credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This is a customer-facing role requiring a professional image and customer service excellence. Valid driver’s license and at least 21 years of age. Willingness to travel. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs. with assistance. Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for prolonged periods. Environmental conditions may include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
