Industry Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Director of Digital Sales Platform to spearhead the growth and optimization of our digital procurement platform, specifically designed for B2B customers. In this pivotal role, you will lead the go-to-market and sales strategy while exploring new market opportunities and enhancing existing customer relationships. Your focus will be on ensuring that our platform leverages the operational strengths of our business and addresses the unique needs of MRO purchasing. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting thorough analysis and ongoing optimization of platform performance. Collaborating with enterprise customers for seamless integration into their procurement systems. Aligning pricing, product assortment, and messaging with the buying behaviors of institutional and industrial customers. Building and leading high-performing teams, setting ambitious commercial targets, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve results. To excel in this role, you will need a strong background in B2B digital commerce and MRO sales, along with the ability to navigate complex buyer groups. Proven leadership experience, financial and strategic acumen, as well as familiarity with franchise, licensee, or distributed models are highly desirable.
