EmpowerHome Team is seeking a highly accountable, results-driven Director of Inside Sales to lead our Inside Sales Department and fuel the growth of both EmpowerHome Real Estate Teams and EmpowerHome Mortgage. This leadership role is perfect for a proven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and knows how to deliver consistent, high-converting appointment opportunities.
The Director of Inside Sales reports directly to the Chief Growth Officer and plays a mission-critical role in ensuring our team generates the appointment volume necessary to help more families buy and sell homes while empowering our agents and loan officers to perform at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
Lead the Inside Sales Department with a servant-leadership approach while driving measurable outcomes, performance accountability, and disciplined system execution.
Produce consistent, high-converting buyer and seller appointment opportunities that directly fuel the success of EmpowerHome Team and EmpowerHome Mortgage.
Collaborate with leadership to align department performance with company growth goals.
Monitor, track, and report on performance metrics, ensuring conversion goals are consistently achieved.
Provide hands-on leadership, daily coaching, and accountability to the Inside Sales team.
Step in with proactive intensity and leadership presence during business hours—and when necessary, evenings and weekends—to ensure team success.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in sales leadership, inside sales, or call center management (real estate or mortgage industry experience strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success in high-volume, fast-paced call center environments.
Strong alignment with EmpowerHome’s growth-focused, results-driven culture.

Passion for performance metrics, progress tracking, and team success.
Excellent communication, leadership presence, and coaching skills.
Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities: Lead With Urgency and Impact
Establish and reinforce a high-performance sales culture across the Inside Sales Department through hands-on, daily leadership.
Own and lead morning RevUps , track lead-to-appointment metrics from the previous day, and deliver real-time coaching throughout the day.
Be present and available to observe, challenge, and elevate ISA performance in the moment.
Own Conversion Outcomes
Take full ownership of ISA performance in progressing leads to qualified appointments , ensuring a high percentage of set appointments are kept.
Leverage a deep working knowledge of the EmpowerHome System and THE Script to coach ISAs in objection handling, urgency setting, and emotional connection.
Analyze conversion gaps and lead sentiment , implementing interventions to improve key outcomes.
Coach Relentlessly
Provide real-time coaching by listening to live calls, engaging ISAs during active dialing blocks , and giving targeted, behavior-specific feedback to improve tonality, messaging, and objection handling.
Onboard new ISAs with a structured success plan and create ongoing coaching cadences tailored to individual performance tiers.
Pipeline Accountability
Drive a “No Lead Left Behind” culture by ensuring ISAs maintain timely, consistent outreach and always schedule next steps.
Enforce standards for lead follow-up, appointment setting, and appointment show rates.
Use Salesforce reporting to identify pipeline stalls, inactivity, or low show rates, and provide coaching interventions accordingly.
Performance Management & Accountability
Lead with a performance-first mindset using EmpowerHome’s Weekly Results Review (WRR) methodology.
Ensure ISAs consistently review performance metrics, including leads worked, appointments booked, show rates, contact rate, and talk time using CRM dashboards and personal performance reports.
Enforce accountability through transparent dashboards and structured interventions using the EmpowerHome Growth Commitment Plan when needed.
Strategic Development & Innovation
Partner with Sales Leadership and Growth Operations to enhance ISA systems, scripting, and tools.
Build and refine call playbooks, objection-handling libraries, coaching templates, and KPI dashboards.
Stay on the leading edge of real estate industry trends, lead nurturing best practices, and conversion innovation to continuously improve EmpowerHome’s client experience.
Qualifications: Requirements & Competencies
Full-time, in-person leadership role (remote work is not considered).
Prior leadership experience required , with a proven track record of managing and coaching 15+ team members.
Demonstrated success in sales-driven environments and call center operations (call center leadership strongly preferred, but not required).
Strong cultural alignment with the EmpowerHome Executive Team — growth-minded, results-oriented, direct, and care-driven.
Metrics-driven leader with a passion for accountability and performance tracking — must genuinely love “keeping score.”
Clear pattern of being results-oriented , competitive, and willing to do whatever it takes to win.
Skilled at multitasking and maintaining focus in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
Capable of leading with a balance of tough love and genuine support , driving both performance and loyalty.
Strong leadership presence — able to coach, inspect, and intervene live during active dialing blocks.
Flexible schedule with willingness to lead, inspect, and support during evenings or weekends to model consistency and drive accountability.
Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience preferred) and highly comfortable using data to drive decisions.
Willingness to represent EmpowerHome at industry events , including Keller Williams conferences and regional events.
