What Will I Be Doing?
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase membership sales and revenue Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential members Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products and services Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the sales department Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management
Requirements: Do I Have What It Takes?
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth Experience in budgeting and forecasting Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
