Our client is a $160M leading manufacturer of Industrial PVF products who is in major growth mode and is looking for a Director of Quality and Sourcing to spearhead the company’s domestic and international expansion with new suppliers. Experience in industrial wholesale, global sourcing, and leading a team is a must! This person will be key to developing company standards when it comes to suppliers, quality, pricing and contract management!

What You'll Do Identify and establish relationships with new factories and suppliers Manage and coordinate quality audits, inspections, testing, and certification of products and suppliers Develop and implement sourcing strategies for PVF and hose products Lead and supervise the quality and sourcing team What You'll Need Bachelor's degree 10+ years of experience in quality and sourcing management (in industrial wholesale industry) Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
