We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Permanent Director of Residential Sales to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in sales, team management, and market research. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pest control industry and a demonstrated ability to drive company growth.
Responsibilities:
As the Permanent Director of Residential Sales, you will be responsible for:
1. Building and managing a high-performing sales team that consistently meets and exceeds sales targets. 2. Conducting comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends. 3. Driving the growth of the company by developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts. 4. Leading an outside sales team to ensure they are effectively engaging with customers and closing sales. 5. Managing sales leaders, providing them with the guidance and support they need to succeed. 6. Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales strategies align with company goals. 7. Evaluating and improving sales processes, techniques, and tools to enhance efficiency and results. 8. Reporting on sales performance and forecasting future sales trends.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Director of Residential Sales position, you must have:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the pest control industry. 2. Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams. 3. Strong experience in conducting market research and using the findings to drive sales strategies. 4. A track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets. 5. Demonstrated ability to lead an outside sales team. 6. Excellent leadership and team management skills. 7. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 8. A results-oriented mindset and a relentless focus on achieving sales goals. 9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA will be considered an advantage.
