Overview Novaris is working with a prominent contract manufacturer specializing in high-quality personal care, skincare, and OTC products. This client focuses on quality and innovation and serves a wide spectrum of business demands.
Responsibilities Develop strategies to acquire new customers and grow existing client accounts in personal care and OTC contract manufacturing.
Build new relationships and deepen current ones with a thorough understanding of client-specific needs and processes.
Lead sales initiatives to drive revenue opportunities for the client.
Qualifications Proven experience in a sales leadership role within personal care or OTC contract manufacturing.
Experience with strategic customer onboarding: identify potential clients, understand their needs, and integrate them into the company’s portfolio.
Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain long-term client relationships and provide customized solutions.
Superior verbal and written communication skills for articulating value propositions and negotiating contracts.
