Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Sales and Business Development, located in Fresno, CA. The Director will be responsible for leading sales operations, developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and overseeing team management. This role requires strategic thinking, proactive planning, and effective communication to meet business targets and drive company growth.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations
Experience in Business Development
Strong Customer Service skills
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the roofing or construction industry is a plus
