Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Omaha, NE for a Director of Sales and Business Development. The Director will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing business development strategies, and managing a team. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. The Director will work closely with other departments to ensure the success of sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Sales and Sales Operations skills
Customer Service and Business Development experience
Team Management and leadership abilities
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on-site in Omaha, NE
Proven track record of driving revenue growth
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
