As a Sr. Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales team and customers, using your deep AI technical knowledge to promote our products and solutions. Your responsibilities include articulating technical value, conducting demos, and addressing customer requirements. This role requires technical expertise and excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; or Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels. Responsibilities: Pre-sales Support: Partner with sales to understand customer needs, tailor solutions, and deliver technical presentations. Customer Engagement: Meet with customers to understand challenges and provide solutions. Technical Consultation: Guide customers during the sales cycle to ensure solutions meet their requirements. Solution Design: Help define and design AI solutions that integrate with existing systems. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical documents, proposals, and reports. Collaboration: Work with customer success, sales operations, and product teams to provide feedback and shape future products. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of relevant technical, customer-facing experience (e.g., Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer). Proficiency in programming languages, especially Python. Expertise in AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision. Knowledge of AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow; Generative AI and LLM experience preferred. Experience selling AI hardware or Silicon IP. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for innovation and learning new technologies. Compensation ranges from $100k - $500k, based on experience, skills, education, background, and location.
