Modena Reserve Bethesda is a 102-unit provider of Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care in Bethesda, MD. Reporting to the Executive Director, the selected candidate will build meaningful professional relationships with prospective residents, adult children and organizations/influencers within the community. You will manage community tours, share why Modena Reserve Bethesda is the place to be, initiate purposeful/timely follow up and achieve leasing goals. This position is part of a highly supportive leadership team dedicated to providing seniors an opportunity to live exceptionally every day. Base salary of 100,000.00 with an aggressive commission plan based on leasing performance offered. Qualifications
Seasoned and dynamic Sales and Marketing Leader with a track record of sales success in a service-oriented sector.
