This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth while leading a team of Business Development Managers toward both professional and personal success.
The Director of Sales will be responsible for executing regional sales strategies, building strong referral networks, and expanding the organization’s footprint across the community. This high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and knows how to turn relationships into results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase patient referrals and revenue
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers
Cultivate relationships with hospitals, physician groups, discharge planners, and community partners
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure continuity of care and service excellence
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience in healthcare sales, preferably in home health or post-acute care
Strong understanding of referral networks, payer relationships, and regional healthcare dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed
