This is an exceptional opportunity to join a world-class branded residential development project. We are seeking a Sales Director for the Ritz-Carlton Residences of Estero Bay, situated within the luxury master-planned community of Saltleaf. The Saltleaf Project is one of the most significant luxury developments in the USA and is expected to generate an additional $6 billion in residential sales upon completion. We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to lead our team of in-house sales professionals in the prestigious southwest Florida market. The well-qualified candidate will bring a passion for selling the luxury lifestyle and be capable of delivering exceptional results.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead and execute sales strategy for branded luxury residences, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of professionalism, excellence, and accountability.
Cultivate relationships with local realtors, brokers, and high-net-worth buyers
Collaborate with Marketing to implement support campaigns and messaging.
Represent the Ritz-Carlton Brand at events, tours, etc.
Requirements:
10+ years in luxury real estate sales with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience selling luxury Branded Residential Private Residences (e.g., Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons) with a passion for excellence.
Proven experience in sales leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills
Deep understanding of the ultra-luxury buyer profile and mindset.
Proven leader with a deep understanding of CRM platforms and data-driven sales management, preferably HubSpot
Florida Real Estate license
