Caring Angels Home Care - Caring Angels Home Care is looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing for our private pay home care agency in Delray Beach. Our agency has won multiple awards for customer care and employee satisfaction. We are looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing experienced in the private pay home care industry. who can grow our sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Working with the Executive Team, and local operations leadership to craft a strategic plan, develop roadmaps, and set goals for the agency’s sales and marketing team.
Leading sales effort across the regions you support and ensuring that we meet our development targets and sales/team goals
Identifying high-potential talent for your sales team, recruiting them to Home Care
Assistance, guiding their on-boarding and learning of our business model, mentoring them across their development, ensuring they can meet performance targets, and grooming them for future leadership opportunities as top individual contributors, potential sales managers, and operational managers
Understanding our competitors and the professionals in the industry, evaluating the competitive landscape, and crafting marketing and recruitment/professional development strategies tailored to your local market(s)
Evaluating expansion markets understanding the key referral sources within any market, and identifying top tier talent to join our team to ensure a successful launch
Building and maintaining relationships with key partners to create brand awareness and generate new clients. As part of your development process with Home Care
Assistance, we expect you to onboard by creating your own local book of business and implementing every step of our sales approach prior to ultimately passing those relationships to a team member representing Home Care Assistance in networking groups, at events, on committees and in other community settings development to ensure that team members receive access to the best resources, training and points of contact in the company
Implementing accountability tools to help you track the performance of your team members, and their activity in a systematic way that allows us to analyze historical performance and activity trends, beyond their key performance goals.
Required Skills, Education and Certifications:
Two plus years of business development leadership experience in the home care industry.
Excellent communication and follow-through
Computer proficiency and ability to document sales activity timely and accurately
Current driver’s license
