Salt Ranch is a reimagined mid-century motor inn tucked just beyond the core of East Nashvillelaid-back, soulful, and built for good times. With a restored 1856 farmhouse, poolside cabanas, and a neighborhood hangout vibe, we're creating a place that feels more like your favorite local spot than a traditional hotel. As we are preparing to open, we're looking for a driven, dynamic Director of Sales to help put Salt Ranch on the map.

This isn't your typical DOS role. You'll be our boots on the groundthe face of Salt Ranch in the community, building buzz, driving bookings, and making things happen. Whether you're an experienced Sales Manager ready for more or a rising star who knows how to network, hustle, and close, this is your chance to lead sales from day one and grow with the property.

Responsibilities

• Own all hotel sales efforts including group bookings, local partnerships, and event rentals
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads across corporate, creative, and community segments
• Actively network in East Nashville and beyond to drive awareness and engagement
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into signed contracts
• Develop promotional materials and support pre-opening go-to-market efforts
• Serve as the go-to expert on everything Salt Ranch has to offer
