We are excited to announce our expansion into the Airline and Car markets. & Position Details Size : 501-1000 Employees Industry : Computer Software & QualificationsRequired Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the hospitality or travel industry. Strong leadership skills, including mentoring and developing high-performing teams. Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue growth and retention targets in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Expertise in managing customer-facing teams and effectively engaging with executive stakeholders across industries. Demonstrated ability to use data effectively, owning and managing team KPIs and achieving quota objectives. Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills for fostering cross-functional alignment. & Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, Outreach, or Salesloft. & Location In-office: Chicago, Denver, Phoenix/Tempe & Compensation $300,000 - $320,000 & Benefits A robust benefits package including comprehensive health insurance, generous paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
