Role Overview: CoSourcing Partners (CSP), is seeking a high-performing Director of Sales & Recruiting, to drive predictable revenue growth, streamline full-cycle recruitment, and scale lead-to-close operations across our IT staffing and consulting business. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, this hybrid role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in sales, marketing, and recruiting. CSP is actively shifting from being a traditional IT staffing and services provider to positioning itself as a leader in AI strategy, consulting, and digital talent enablement. This pivot is driven by market changes, client needs, and the evolution of automation and AI in enterprise environments.
Key Elements of the Pivot: AI-Augmented Talent: CSP is developing hybrid staffing models that combine traditional placements with AI and automation expertise. We are focusing on providing teams that can both manage legacy systems and drive digital transformation via AI and automation.
Upskilling & AI Enablement: Recognizing that many clients will need to reskill their existing workforce, CSP is emphasizing upskilling and AI augmentation as core offerings, rather than just providing headcount.
Outcome-Based Staffing: There is a move toward outcome-based contracts, where CSP is paid for results rather than just time and materials. This requires deeper integration with clients and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience selling IT staffing services into healthcare, financial services, and manufacturing, while also leveraging AI tools, CRM workflows, and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to improve client acquisition, candidate placement, and internal operational efficiency. This is a pivotal role for a growing company leveraging the already embedded automations, data, and GenAI across CSP business functions. Purpose This is an opportunity to build and lead a client-facing sales and recruiting engine at the intersection of AI, automation, and human performance. As a key member of a lean executive team, you'll directly shape CoSourcing Partners' growth trajectory and help clients transform their workforce with next-generation talent.
