You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.
How you will contribute
You will:
Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
Execute the strategy for the customer
Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
Optimize the use of resources to obtain more profitability in the operations.
Manage our warehouse delivered portfolio (bars, Candy, Cough and seasonal) with strategic customer

More about this role
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
Job specific requirements:
7+ yrs of progressive experience in CPG sales, leading HQ sales and business development, including in a people manager/leadership role. Previous HQ sales experience with Target highly preferred.
Successful record working across teams in a matrixed organization
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to leverage customer specific data Syndicated, POL and Consumer Research to drive business results.
Self-starter with high learning agility and the ability to successfully work through ambiguity.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and tactical execution experience, including proven experience leading JBP.
Customer focus and attention to detail.
Experience with customer trade negotiations.
Understanding and driving action with a customer P&L
Previous experience with seasonal and warehouse delivered businesses a plus
Experience leading and developing talent
Travel requirements: Minimal travel required (~10%)
Work schedule: This is a full-time hybrid position based at our Sales Office in Minneapolis, MN.
The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $297,500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.
