, goals, and Standards of Performance for sales department personnel; and conduct formal annual evaluations and ongoing coaching and counseling. Selling Establish personal sales goals, and be responsible for a representative selection of key accounts.
Conduct weekly production review of each sales personnel.
Conduct sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment.
Inventory Management In conjunction with the Commercial Director, Director of Revenue, Director of Catering and other department heads, maximize rooms inventory and catering space, identify opportunities for focused sales programs.
Coordinate group room forecasts and prospects with the events management and reservations department so as to help hotel achieve maximum capacity room use.
Communications Maintain close, frequent, open communication with the Commercial Director and other Sales & Marketing department heads.
Maintain supportive, timely communications with Four Seasons Worldwide Sales Offices.
Coordinate communication between Sales Department and operating departments of the hotel.
To update operating departments of the hotel to ensure awareness of bookings and sales programs.
Maintain timely and responsive communication with accounts and prospects.
Ensure all communications to client's professional
Others To foster a high level of morale amongst the Sales team members.
To assume other duties as requested by the Management of Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans
What you bring Bachelors Degree or diploma in Business/Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management preferred
Minimum 3 years work experience as Director of Sales, luxury experience preferred.
Ability to demonstrate excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Schedule and Hours This is a full-time position. Candidates must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
