Sales Manager : Lead Catering, To-Go, and Event Sales Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our company's operational strategies and drive efficiency, productivity, and growth. As a key member of the executive team, the Director of Operations will play a crucial role in shaping the company's success through strategic planning, process improvement, and effective leadership. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of Lead Catering, To-Go and Special Event(s) sales to ensure smooth functioning and alignment with organizational goals Drives profitable growth and ensures long-term vitality of the business via strategy and effective management. Lead the development and implementation of restaurant operational strategies to enhance performance and profitability Spearhead process improvement projects to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness Ensure the company has systems and controls, policy and processes are in place to achieve regulatory requirements including financial, operating, technology, etc. Conducts thorough high impact restaurant visits, role modeling the coaching model and visit process to ensure and maximize field team alignment towards key business objectives. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to support operational needs Ensure locations submit timely Profit and Loss statements, analysis reports, forecast reports, and implement corrective plans. Experience: Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role in the multi-unit restaurant industry Advanced proficiency in project management, process improvement, and strategic planning Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards Proficiency in negotiating contracts and agreements to achieve favorable outcomes Ensures implementation of all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures, including service standards, across all operations.
