The Director of Sales will lead the sales team in driving revenue and maximizing profits through strategic planning and implementation of sales initiatives.   The Director of sales is also tasked with managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Sales Office and staff.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Travel to local, state, and national business conferences and events to gain prospective business.
Job Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven previous Sales Management experience, preferably in hospitality. Effective and Efficient Communication. Working knowledge of basic mathematical functions for budgeting and sales tracking. Willing and able to perform duties beyond standard business hours, including weekends and recognized holidays, to meet operational needs. Must be able to answer work calls and text messages beyond standard business hours, including weekends and recognized holidays, to meet operational needs. Must be able to bend, squat, twist, pull and lift up to 25 pounds.
