What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Collaborate with the VP of Sales to develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance revenue among 250+ resale partners - Manage and coach account managers and coordinators to execute sales plans and drive strategic advertising initiatives - Oversee account management, offering support and services to retain and grow revenue - Communicate internally and externally to maintain superior customer service and clarify team goals - Plan and deliver digital advertising training and seminars, including public speaking engagements
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client communication focused on digital marketing and advertising - 5+ years in a sales management role within a digital advertising company preferred - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with all organizational levels - BA/BS degree or equivalent educational background
