Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market share in North America. Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production and distribution processes. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners within the manufacturing machinery sector. Analyze market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and operations team to achieve targets. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and present reports to senior management on business performance and strategies.

The Successful Applicant

What You Bring

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related technical field).

Experience: 10+ years in industrial automation, drives, controls, PLCs, packaging, converting, or web handling. Proven success in technical sales and business development. Experience managing small teams and operational functions (HR, IT, basic accounting).

Skills: Strong technical acumen; ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management tools. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel several days per month for customer visits and support.
